January 11th, 10:33am - Case #7485689 - Felony Theft/Forgery - Suspected thief was in denial from the start. Suspect had been observed stealing receipts from trash cans, taking the merchandise from the store, and then getting cash in return. The store owner did not want to reconcile the damages. Luckily, the suspect reached the age cutoff to be prosecuted. Suspect was also cooperative with LP officer and banned from a 500 ft. perimeter of the store. Evidence logged on Jan 11, 2017.
