Samantha Reigns has been trying to lose weight for the longest time but nothing has been working, so a friend of her recommends she visits Dr. Jay Crew who might be able to provide a special pill for her called the P-Nex Pill. With help from Nurse Liv Revamped, Dr. Crew begins to check Samantha’s body as he explains everything the pill treatment entails. Turns out the payment method is a bit devious, as Dr. Crew and Nurse Liv get naked, Samantha understands exactly what she must do to get a full dose of P-Nex Pill!
